We serve full evening dinners and generous lunches with vegetables from our market garden, complemented by seasonal game and products from fellow farmers in our local area. Joep cooks with whatever is available from the land, fitting the season, using intuition and experience.
The dishes served at Vaderland are works of art, created with heart and soul by top chef Joep and his team. We also serve organic (natural) wines that we personally select from our favourite wineries. Everything here is about conscious enjoyment.

We like to be a place of inspiration. Completely away from everyday reality, you can make room for future plans in our farm house. The lots of greenery around you and the distant views create space in your head.
We are a green place for meetings, business drinks, lunches and dinners. We will discuss the possibilities with you.

Would you like us to arrange a dinner, lunch or drink at your location? We are happy to create a tailor-made menu. This can be a 3-10 course menu, or a walking dinner.
We would be happy to discuss your ideal day with you and we will take care of it. With ingredients from our own garden. Always colorful, surprisingly tasty and nutritious.
We can also provide a tailor-made takeaway lunch / dinner.
